My work in laboratory services and healthcare education has centered on helping people access care and build opportunities for themselves. I established Berry Best Mobile Lab Services in 2016 and Berry Best Phlebotomy Training in 2019, and have seen how financial barriers can affect both healthcare access and entry into healthcare careers.

Dulman Education and Community Services Foundation Intl provides a charitable avenue for addressing these barriers. With limited resources, the Foundation received a $1,500 Long Cares grant and raised $2,300 through a silent auction; both amounts supported partial student scholarships.

Our next proposed step is a partnership with Berry Best Mobile Lab Services to expand community diagnostic access. The Foundation would oversee the charitable program, while the laboratory would provide technical implementation and laboratory services—turning limited resources into lasting opportunities for better health and community participation.
